Site Prep
Some customers choose to set the buildings on concrete blocks. If you choose to do so we recommend 4" x 8" x 16" solid concrete blocks. You must have them there for the driver to space under the runners at delivery. Blocks are not included. Drivers will do minimal shimming at time of delivery to help level. We strongly recommend a well compacted and levelled gravel pad 4" to 6" thick. However: Foundational requirements and anchoring requirements may be dictated by your zoning or building permit departments. Anchors are NOT included with your purchase, but may be bought at an additional cost. It can be more cost effective for the customer to purchase and install their own anchors through Amazon, Tractor Supply, Rural King, Lowe's Home Depot, etc.
